How do Membership Plans renew?

To ensure uninterrupted service, Membership Plans are automatically renewed at the end of each period and your credit card will be billed at the same time. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Annual Membership Plans are automatically renewed 1 year from the date in which you enrolled. For example, if you enroll May 1, 2014, your membership will be automatically renewed on May 1, 2015. Customers with annual memberships will receive a reminder email 1 month prior to renewal.

Additionally, customers with annual memberships will have the option to renew their membership at any time.

Monthly Membership Plans be will renewed 1 month from the date in which you enrolled. For example, if you enrolled July 1, 2014, your membership will automatically be renewed on August 1, 2014.
