How to update your account information (Name, Email and Password)

To edit your account information,

1. Log in to your PRLeap account at https://secure.prleap.com
2. Click Account link on the top navigation.

You should now be in the Your Account Information section. From here you will be able to update the name and email address associated with your PRLeap account. You will also be able to change your password.

Name and Email address

To update the name and email address associated with your PRLeap account:

1. Click the Edit Contact button in the Your Account Information section.
2. Update your contact information and click the Save Changes button.

   You will automatically be logged out of your PRLeap account. Check your inbox for your PRLeap Account Updates email.

3. Click the link in the email to confirm your changes. If the link in the email is broken into two lines please copy and paste the whole link into your browser's address bar.

Change Password

1. Click the Change Password button.
2. Enter a new password and confirm it.
3. Click the Save Changes button.
