If you created an account with an email address that isn't yours and you can't login to PRLeap, please create a new account with your correct email address.

Otherwise, if you provided a valid email address when signing up for your PRLeap account, but would like to change it to a different email address you can. Just follow these steps to update the email address:

  1. Log in to your PRLeap account at https://secure.prleap.com
  2. Click Account Link on the top navigation.
  3. In Your Account Information section, click the Edit Contact button.
  4. Enter your correct email address in the Email field and then click Save Changes button.
  5. We''ll send a confirmation email to your new email address. Click the confirmation link in the email to confirm your changes.

Note

When you confirm the new email address, we'll replace the incorrect address you originally signed up with on your account.

If you can't remember your password, then you will need to reset your password.
