You may request a refund so long as your press release has not yet been published on prleap.com. We must receive your request to cancel your order before 8pm PST. No refunds will be issued for any reason once a press release has been published on prleap.com. No exceptions.
Monthly Subscription Plans
PRLeap monthly subscription plans are pay-as-you-go service, so we don't provide refunds. You are billed month-to-month. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for any changes already incurred. Learn more about how to cancel a monthly subscription plan.
Press releases that are included with your Prepaid plan are good for one year. We do not provide partial refunds for unused press releases.
